Refunds:

There are NO refunds for any service or product. Spa services of treatments and gift certificates can't exchanged, No cash value, No replacement; lost or stolen. Must have gift certificate in present for service.

Gift Certificates:

All gift certificates must be mentioned and approved prior to making your appointment, we will charge the full service price, if you forget to bring your gift card with you, If lost or stolen gift card is no longer honored by the spa. And all Gift certificates are good for 12 months. For Expired Gift certificate can be Extensions 6 months by owner only. After that will no longer accept gift certificate that Expired.

Gratuities:

All services do not include gratuity in price. please Tips a Cash only, 20% or more of each service total prices are appropriate and appreciated. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.

Payment:

All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept American Express, any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.

Cancellations:

We require 24 hours advance notice in order to cancel or change any service with no charge. If you do not notify us of the cancellation 24 hours prior to your spa treatment, you are subject to a 50% charge for each service that would have been rendered. This policy also applies to gift card, vouchers, or certificates holders.

Loss or Damage:

For the protection of your clothing, we recommend you take your belongings if you need leave the room;  We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.​​​​​​​​​​
